Oh ! it’s 2 O’clock in the noon and i have just started my trekking from Chopta to ‘The Moon Rock’. I know i won’t be able to reach today but atleast i can reach to Tungnath by the evening. God ! it’s not even 15 minutes since i stepped up for my trekking and it started raining. I have my DSLR with me and my bag is not even water proof; i have to keep it safe. Got it ! Just got a plastic wrap. Sigh of relief ! Here we are trudging amidst of heavy rain. After 2 hours of a tiring trek we reached to Tungnath, the highest lord Shiva shrine in the world. Ah ! it’s gonna be sunset very soon and not possible to trek further.
We will start our trek to Chandrashila in the morning. Now it’s time to take some rest and indulge ourselves in this serene environment.
