Well, this photograph is from the pace, actually village named “Hikkim”. Hikkim village is at the highest altitude and it is the only village which is situated this high. It is at a height of 4520 meters. Hikkim village has only one monastery. The monastery is very beautiful. There are approximately 50 monks who reside over there. When I visited Hikkim village it was too cold. The air over there was also too fast and very cold. This photograph was captured when I left the Monastery and I was walking around the village and then I witnessed this amazing gorgeous view. It is a mixture of the mountains, land, road, green grass, clouds. In Hikkim village there is a population of only 100 or even less than that because of the atmosphere over there is unfavorable for the people and besides, it is too cold to live there. In winter when the snow falls, the only thing you can view is the mountains, in fact, the snow-covered mountains. However, people still live over there and they grow the vegetation over there and many more things. The scenic beauty of the Hikkim village is too beautiful, even the people over there are so kind and humble they even offered me the “Herbal Tea”, and it was amazing. One should definitely visit this village if he/she comes to “Kaza Himachal Pradesh, India”.
