After the first exciting full days on our trekking tour around Annapurna we got used to daily trekking routine – with packing stuff – the fortune (or not) of warm water – the nepali food (momos :)) – and of course walking, walking, walking. Our guide Krishna had evaluated in the meantime our hiking abilities, and so we did not have to walk like a flock of sheep, but in our own speed – and then met again at the next rest. very agreable. Luckily we were also still having perfect weather!

So getting higher, we left the last vehicles behind, being replaced by patient horses and monkeys – but be careful and always let them pass!

here are some memories of a beautiful rest in a small village with enough time for coffee and cake – and many butterfly models.  and:  our famous wish-fullfilling guide Krishna …

… presenting perfect evening light and perfect morning light 🙂

Sometimes it seemed, that buddhism or other beliefs and practices are getting stronger, the harder circumstances of life get.

One more wish: a group of vultures flying nearby – and, again, enough time to interrupt our trekking, just watch these fascinating animals flying, and to take the time for fascinating photos.

Last memory and story this this part of the journey: landscape is getting rougher, trees smaller, food for animals more difficult, mountains higher, air a bit thinner already. And this wall was special: said to be magnetic, so that all airplanes fly around in great distance because of disturbance of electric instruments. Dont’ know if it’s really true, but the wall was just impressive.
