I've been travelling around the Indian, Nepalese and Bhutanese Himalayas regularly since 2008. I completed a phd at the university of Oxford, writing on Tibetan yogic practices and focusing on rejuvenation techniques. I am researching herbal remedies studying under various doctors and I occasionally lead tours around religious sites in Asia.
